Just did a 5 speed swap into my 1970 Toyota and put a new clutc in it to and resurfaced the flywheel and it works fine but when u give it gas while driving it just revs up and doesn't go faster like it should is there an adjustment?

 

sounds like its slippin. if its a cable I don't have any experience with that, but if its a hydraulic clutch than adjusting your freeplay is all you can do. Google clutch freeplay adjustment, theres lots of info out there. You adjust it where the pedal connects to the master cylinder. good luck
