Camper id

What are these camper extra cab shells called. I've seen them a few times locally. I know this is a rc car...

I remember seeing them all the time in the 80's and 90's. There was one recently in the classifieds. .if it wasn't 2000 miles away from me I probably would have picked it up..

I think they are called Sleepers, enough space for one person to crash in.

There called "Sleeper" campers. Mini version of a big rig sleeper.

i saw one last week being used as a tool box. no clue how anyone over 4' tall could sleep in one of these.
