my neigbor and I started working on the front bumper (mostly my neighbor since im bender challenged).
the stinger turned out bigger than I wanted, but oh well! I wanted it to protect the winch so it had to be big. here is were I ended up today, hopefully ill finish it up next weekend.

got the other side tacked on. how do you guys think i should run the bracing?

finally got the header on tonight



but i still need to get a muffler and finish the exhaust.

Aaron: truck is coming right along...good inspiration for me and my '81..
I believe that you got your winch mount from Trail-Gear and used that as the base for your bumper...what all did you need to do to modify the winch plate to work on your truck? I am pretty sure that TG only list that working on '84+ trucks..

thanks, all I did for the winch plate was basically held it up in the spot that looked the best and started welding, the mount holes dont line up for our truck years so you can either modify the holes or just weld it like i did.

Finally finished the fender trimming now I need to fix the paint.

I drove it thru the Rubicon. It ran great, no problems. Got her cleaned up today.
