There is a temperature sensor on the intake manifold (near the upper hose connector) that operates an A/C relay , located on the passenger side kick panel (4x4 only), that must operate.

There is also a VSV , located on the passenger side engine fenderwell, that has vacuum lines on it, that changes the engine idle when the A/C comes on.

Thank you,
I can hear the relay click and I know it works but I will have to play around with the VSV to see how to route it. Do you know if the VSV connects to the dizzy? Thats the only vacuum lines I have left with the webber.

I run side draft Weber DCOE 45s. I am not familiar with your Weber. The VSV needs a vacuum source and the other vacuum line should go to a diaphragm on the carb that moves the carb linkage to increase idle (stock Toyota carb setup).
