83 5 spd in the south?

83 5 spd in the south?
Anyone know of a 5 speed available in the south? I'm in Dallas Texas. The driveshaft broke and took a chunk out of the back part of the tranny under the shifter. Even if the front part of the tranny is trash I can take the back part off and us it.
This is an 83 which had the L50 or L52 if I remember correctly.
