Both of my windows are SUPER hard to roll down, SOMETIMES. other times they go up and down perfectly. then the next time you may to push down or pull up..

What can this be? they aren't stripped so I'm not convinced i need new regulators. but i don't know. to be honest I've never had to fool with a manual regulator. only elec.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
BTW i can go in and spray them down with oil and they will smoothly roll down and up ONE TIME. then back to hard

 

On my other trucks, I have had the same problem. Make sure your windows are in their tracks, they tend to jump out sometimes. I wouldnt use oil. Instead try using some silicon spray. Might need to try and get the oil out of the tracks first. In both of my builds, I show the spray I use and it works great.

 

Like Terry said, check the window track.

 

And yeah, oil will collect more dirt.
