whats up guys. got a 79 pickup 20r. trying to get this truck done and i realized i dont have a vacuum diagram.. can anybody snap a couple pictures of the carb and all those vacuum switches on the passenger side wheelwell.. and also. does anybody have a picture of that throttle linkage on the firewall and how its all setup. sorry about all this. the guy i bought this truck from had everything sitting in the back of the truck. so i have no point of referance. any help would be appriciated

 

Search, it's all out there. Google 20r vacuum diagram. Buy an FSM or haynes or chiltons. A vacuum diagram will show you more than any photo can.

not yet. everything else is done. im still trying to find a bvsv and a tvsv vacuum switching valves for the truck. so far ive been to 7 pick a parts and the dealer and came up empty handed. the dealer said that they were discontinued. so now i dont know what the heck to do.

 

Do you have to run smog? If not all the vac lines I have hooked up are like 2 maby 3.. I send you a pic if not running smog.

 

yeah im runnin smog. i wanna be able to drive this beast around legally!! haha, if she will even pass smog. but what the heck send me the picture just in case it dosent pass smog and ill rip all the bull crap out
