Coolant: 8.9 qt

Transmission: 2 qts MTL

Transfer: 1.6 qt 75W-90

Differential: 75W-90

Front: 2qt

Rear: 2.1 qt

Steering/Chassis grease: NLGI No2

Brake Fluid: DOT-3



Replaced missing Fuel Door

Abortive effort to recover dash - left dash cap on for now.

Clean/Paint Cab footwell side cardboard

Replaced all fluids - takes 87 octane NON-Ethanol.

Repaired/Installed Accelerator pad

New steel & cab mounts for Front 1/2 of Drvr & Passenger foot well. Art Lachance.

New Bed panel for R Rear Truck bed - 12-36”. Art L.

Repaired Horn with .22 shell over contact in Steering column.

Replaced 4 x Side Marker lights.

Replaced Slave & Master Cylinders.

Replaced worn L43 shifter bushings & shift shaft seal and boot.

New Antenna

Replaced Passenger Out Side Mirror

Repaired split Sun visors

Straightened out rear bumper (Drvrs side depressed 4”)

Clean/repair rubber cab mat. Replace cotton padding.

Lined cab floor with noise deadening tape.

Replaced Heater Valve & hoses

Restore/repair/paint both rear drum brakes/springs etc . Bleed brakes.

Repair/restore heater, new foam, replace resistor

Replace Front Windshield seal & trim.

Restore/paint windshield channel and pillars.

Restore & paint 5 wheels industrial grey

Restore/reseal Tailgate back.

Restore/replace Thermostat/seal

Replace Radiator/Hoses

Repair/paint Radiator frame front crossmember.

Restore/paint Fan shroud

Restore/paint Transmission Shield

Restore/paint Under Engine Shield

Replace Hood support grommet

Replace/paint Front L fender

Grease all grease points

Restore/Clean A/C Evaporator Unit/replace foam

Replace A/C Pressure Switch, Expansion valved, drier Me & David Kehl

Convert from R12 to R134A - Non-Op - Need new Amplifier?

Bodywork/paint for rust in lower L/R door frame.

Misc dent repair



March 2020: Removed bed from frame – exploring resto options – (spent about 12 mos searching for painters – separate painters for Bed & Cab – used same Toyota Y541 ellow formula)

Bed painted & Cab/wheels (stock white) painted separately

Sep 2021 put back together and inspected.
