Ok, I got another question. When I shift into 4th or 5th, it does not go in "easy" What I mean is 1-3 slip right in but the other 2 are harder. No grinding noise just stiff. I have not got under the truck yet to see if something is binding but I dont have a good feeling...Any ideas?

Replacing your shifter seat and shifter socket is a good start, before digging in any further.

Super basic, easy job.
