20R hybrid

I picked up a bunch of free parts today. About 99% of a 22R, alternator, fuel pump, carb, dual row timing sprockets. My question is, what parts do I need to rebuild the head and and a good source. The guy that gave it to me says he thinks it's a 20R head, but doesn't know. How can I tell which it is? Do I need a 20R valve cover? Anything else I need to know about the swap, I'll be ordering a weber conversion.

Anyone need any parts? I have to go through everything but there's a lot of stuff and I might have 2 of a few things. I'll give them away for the cost of shipping.

20R intake ports are round .. not square .
I have done this a few times ..

the one pictured is a 22r , because the carb intake is oval , and not 20R round

Dang, i could have used most of that when I first torn mine down.

It looks like you have a 20r and 22r rocker assembley there too. Is one steel and one aluminum?
