456's (front and rear)

Hi
I'm putting in some 529's in my 90' pickup and have for sale 456's (7.5" IFS and 8" rear).

asking 100 each or 190 for both + shipping and 3% paypal fee.

I'm in socal, however the gear will be shipped directly from Zuk in Arizona who just swapped them off.

I'll post some pics later today or tomorrow.

Thanks

Zytra-
How are those 529 gears working for you? 16% reduction as compared to your 456 factory gears
so you must notice better take-off acceleration.

Those 456 gears have a lot of life still left in them.....These gears have no scars or unusual wear.......
maybe 200,000 more miles left in them and they are genuine oem and the patterns are in good shape.
Since I actually have the gears in my possession on the shelf just let me know who wants some
good 456 ratio gears and settle with zytra and I'll send them out USPS to them.......or I'll install in their 3rd if they
want to actually send their 3rds to me.

This is the two of them together.....the 8" V6 gears on the left and the iFS 7.5" gears on the right.
FYI---The 7.5" gears can also be used in the rear of 2wd pick-ups that have the same 7.5" which
is most of them.

Below is the 8" V6 rear 8" 456.....nice drive pattern

Below is the 7.5" oem gear....drive pattern favors the outside a touch ....this is the side used while backing up.

Hi Cabo-
Yes, the rear V6 456 ring/pinion fits just fine in 79 thru 85 4 cyl trucks....front or rear) ......just have to do what they did starting in 1986 and use the "thin" inner pinion bearing to make up for the extra thick pinion head.
The front 456 that Zytra has for sale is a smaller 7.5" ring and will not work in your app....but the rear one does for you.

It just needs a "B' bearing to work in the 1982 3rds....it's better to use a new bearing kit when swapping in a ring/pinion and here's the Nitro part number to get the 4 new bearings from JD's. http://Justdifferentials.com

And here is the part number for the inner bearing you require....dealer part number included

inner pinion
KOYO TR070803C-N (cone/cup # is same,"N" is optional) verified...genuine Toy superceded part is 90366-35044-77 $63.84 retail
NACHI 35KC802 (cone/cup # same)
