Just picked up a new to me 1985 4Runner and going through the painful process of finding proper wheels. I'm looking for the OEM SR5 wheels (15x6) that fit the 1985 models. I realize I could get the 86+ but I'm trying to keep this build period correct and not also have to run spacers. I live Philadelphia, PA.
Got a picture of the exact wheel you are looking for?
I've got 1 and a quarter pictures, ha ... Ideally I'd like to find the OEM DLX wheels from the first picture, as mine is a DLX. But I cannot for the life of me find any clear images on the internet of DLX 1985 wheels. The only one I can see any semblance of a picture is this cut from the 1985 brochure which is less than helpful. SR5's I can find pictures of all day. Main issue here is the backspacing check (3.3/8" I believe).
1985 DLX Wheels (kind of - mine is actually this color so it looks like they are painted white from factory?) 1985 SR5 Wheels
Still looking? I may have a set, will double check
edit: these are what I have (found pic of them on my truck), vaguely recall them being 16x6’s but can check this weekend. I have another set at home that may be the dlx’s. Will get photos this weekend

Hi,
We're you able to see if you had the '85 DLX wheels? I know for sure they are 15's not 16's.
I assume since this post is a year old its dead, ...but, Did you ever find your 85 wheels? There is a set listed up here on Craigslist. 4/20/20 (Fleetwood PA)
I purchased a complete 1986 4Runner as a parts truck that had 4 of the correct 1985 4Runner chrome wheels and correct center caps on it. The 1986 ended up to good to part out. I still have it sitting beside my shop.
Thanks for remembering!
