I bought this a few years ago for my 4Runner (with the intent of rebuilding the 3.4) but I have since sold her 
Everything should be in the pictures. Everything is all in the original grease and packaging and is brand new. I am in Sioux Falls, SD but I can ship this as well. $150 obo.
