Any one know what this tool is called, or where i can buy one?

Looks like a bearing separator.
Can be bought at any tool supply place.
Prices can vary widely, so shop around.
It is my experience that most cheap tools are worthless, and they often do more damage than good.
Good brand name tools are forever.

What did you use it for if you didn't know it was a bearing separator/puller??

I work at a Yamaha dealership and I use it rebuilding superchargers. bolt the flat side loosely around the back of the impeller shaft so the splined part can hang out the bottom of the press plate and support the bearing journal. Impeller shaft has needle bearing with clips holding it in so never requires much force but takes pressure off the aluminum housing. Also to remove gears off main shafts on some motorcycles. worked great for years till I actually needed it installing my 5.29s and locker. I was calling it a sprocket puller and every one looking at me stupid, but for 4 years working here that's what every one called it lol.

Now it make perfect sense why when I bought it came with a bearing puller. Have to cut me some slack because I came to work here straight after MMI and I was young and impressionable and the Mac man offered it to me saying that's what the other guy used. think I will buy a cheap one from harbor freight to use over the weekend and replace the broke one with Matco's version next week.
