MONSTALINER Bed Liner
#21
This product is trash. Plain and simple. It's not durable at all. It scratches very easily. I've had several places that it came off in chunks when gouged by normal things you'd haul in a truck bed. Not being rough at all. In fact, factory paint is more durable than this product. I'm going to sand blast it all off. It looks awful after a while.

Yes, Monstaliner can be applied in the winter but cures best between 50 and 90° F. Colder temperatures and lower humidity will lengthen the curing process. Additionally, Monstaliner MUST BE APPLIED IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA. If possible, the coating should be allowed to cure indoors at a minimum of 55°F in a ventilated garage or warehouse. If application is done outdoors, move vehicle indoors after application to provide a warmer curing environment.

With the aid of a freak storm pattern last weekend, the temps rose to 70* on Saturday and Sunday and I was able to get it rolled on. Eric from magnet paints returned my email on Saturday and reassured me I would be fine. I just parked it in the garage to finish curing. I'm very happy with the look and hope it lasts as long as everyone says.

The front mud flap was part of the factory running boards, so I canabalized them. I trimmed them to extend slightly below the rocker panels and then attached them to the fender flares. You can see them under the truck. Why so short? From what I could see by how the fender and mud flaps attach down there, without the running board to support them, a good chunk of ice or mud would easily bend up the lower fender. Later this week I should have received my new chrome Westin Nerf bars and will have more picture then.
