Anytime you're gonna buy from someone you don't know. Look at more than one website as a source. Checking the BBB report is also a good idea.

I know the Wabs had some seriously bad press as of late but the couple times I ordered from him things went smooth.

He kinda reminds me of the soup Nazi off Seinfeld. As long as you follow his rules things tend to work out ok.

This is all really confusing to me, Wabbit has hooked it up on my orders. Would order again and again.

Strangers from the same group. Search for that company's reviews in google. There are many different minded people of that company's service. Look up the bbb rating. If I'm in the market for parts services I spend several hours looking for as many different reviews as possible. Yt is one giant group, see what t4r guys or other forum guys say.

WabFab for what ever reason has taken a turn for the worse. I used to support him but after continued, repeated issues with my personal orders, other customers and how he has treated customers on multiple forums I have since ceased to do business with him. I spent a ton of cash with him, but never again. I used to give him the benefit of the doubt.

I Placed an order Three months ago got everything I ordered just took some time to get it. So if you can wait a few weeks not a bad place to order from. Just my two cents

Boils down to Any company is going to have customers that have positive things to say about them and negative as well. Your decision should be based on what you want out of that company I personally would rather give my buisness to small company and can deal with a little wait for a quality product.

I've only ordered from the Wabbit once now but it worked out fine. He was quick to respond to my questions and helpful in working with me to be able to pay from a Canadian source and get the stuff shipped to a mail service in Northern Washington.

Most of the items were drop shipped from the original manufacturers or importers but everything arrived within a reasonable amount of time and shipping rates were fair.

What it comes down to for me is that he carries some specialty items that are difficult to find elsewhere (impossible north of the 49th parallel in my experience).

Although I wouldn't rate the entire experience as perfect I would not hesitate to do business with him again in the future. There is definitely something to be said about dealing directly with the same knowledgable person every time you have a question. That is a luxury you don't have with the larger parts suppliers.

I ordered a differential setup kit and a t-shirt from Wab-Fab late February. I got the rebuild kit within 3 weeks, but I'm still waiting on my t-shirt Claims he's waiting on the printer. It looked as if the setup kit came straight from Trail Gear.

Despite the shirt, I'd buy from him again, just because of the good customer service.
