I have got several things from Bob. He is a good guy!

 

I sold some OEM fender flares to Bob a while back and I trusted the UPS place to pack them well, and they didn't, and I take full responsibility for the shipping being high and the poor packaging. I was a noob to shipping things and from it I've learned my lesson. (I did chew the UPS store owner a new one and since then they'll been more than accomodating to continue to keep my business!)

Bob was very gracious about the whole thing and I'm glad we are buds again! Yes, Bob is "good people" even if he does have that weird fetish about in his cat's face!

 

Bob bought tires from me. Even though he hasn't picked them up yet, he sent a check way ahead of time so that if would ave plenty of time to clear. A great buyer.

 

Bob has gotten a few things from me. It's been a long time, but I do remember everything was peachy. He's user friendly!

Good example: Bob and I have been brain-storming my alarm problem over the past few weeks. We came to realize that the brain may be fried. Bob happened to have another alarm unit off a different model Toyota at his disposal, and offered to let me try it. Happily, it worked.

Could he have sold it to someone else? Yes.
Could he have asked me for a little money? Yes.

Bought Amsoil ATF from him. He was very prompt in following up verifying that it will be a good replacement for my 03's Type-IV ATF. Called back promptly and we finalized the transaction. The Amsoil was at my doorstep a few days later, way ahead of my expectation.

Was really good dealing with him and very highly recommended.
