Went up to Gillepie-No pics, sorry.

For those of you in Denver, Boulder, Ft Collins area. The trail is completely snow free, so if you're having trouble finding stuff thats open, come here. It's not long, or particularly hard, but its a fun couple of hours.

Went up to Gillespie for attempt 2. Failed again. I also had to take off my IFS skid (again) and hammer in flat. I'm going to need a new one soon. That trail is so darn STEEP. We've been on steeper stuff in Moab, but in moab the traction is excellent. Here, loose dirt and rock is what's killing me. I did get farther this time (last attempt was pre lift), past the first obstacle, but i still ended up having to cheat around the 2nd, and stopped at the cabin. Man, this trail is pissing me off. I can't complete it for the life of me. Oh well, try again in a few weeks.

Yeah, and it is snow free. In fact, it was only wet in a couple shady places. Rest of the time i was kicking up dust. Its not very high, so i bet it just got rain. Check it out, you'll have a blast
