Gotcha, it only shows up when you log in, FYI. I wasn't logged in before to see the categories.

I like this one Steve! I was hoping someone got more pics of me coming up slickrock, because my Dad was using the video camera on that section. Thanks,

Chris

Steve, you were about 20 seconds too late on that last pic (9576)!! The smoking jeep was not nearly impressive as the burning jeep!

I know, I could not get the camera out fast enough. The thing was totally on fire and there were huge flames coming out of the tranny.

The jeep had power steering fluid or ATF dumping all over the exhaust and the undercarriage was engulfed in flames by the time he reached the top.. someone grabbed an extinguisher within seconds and put it out. It was pretty intense for about 30 seconds!

That's up to you. I can't post them that size, but everyone can see them in my link. Here's a couple of mine. The whole lot of them is on PHotobucket. Click the link to see if your truck is on there. There are 7 pages, 133 pics total.

That ledge at Fain's Ford looks to be a lot easier than it used to be, it looks like it eroded a lot on the left side compared to the verticle ledge it used to be! That or Steve's presence caused everyone to go crazy!

Did anyone go straight up the middle, though? The left has always been pretty easy in my experience.

Yeah, that's the same error I get, no matter what I try.

I am talking about the far left when standing at the bottome like Scott is in his pictures. When I was there fall of 2004 ATVs were getting denied, there wasn't even a line to run if you were in a truck/buggy. Then further to the right is where you attempted (I can't remember if you made it or not). That is an obstacle where a long wheel base and departure angle are key.

Maybe I am not looking at the pictures right but that is what/where it looks like to me.

Far left against the enbankment is eroded out-I got hung up there and had to be pulled off. The line now is about 2 feet to the right of the enbankment. To my knowledge nobody tried the middle line.

Nope no one made the middle, I made it about as close to the middle as possible with a stock rear bumper. Greg tried the straight up the middel but dragged rear yet again. A coupel buggies made the middle of course. And the left enbankment is still pretty rough, I made it twice, and got hung once and needed a tug to get off. The FJ made the far left embankment too, with alot of throttle and metal mashing.

Damage report for me-slightly bent front ARB bumper-it did contact and dent the front fender in 2 spots. Bent roller fairlead. Rear axle seal now leaking-could just be coincidence hear though as this was a junkyard axle find and has had a hard towing life.

I had a weird exhaust tone after Tellico and a miss at idle while in gear
Tuned up the engine yesterday - new cap, plugs and wires - no luck.
Took it to the shop this morning - diagnostics showed bad #6 cylinder
compression test showed 90 lbs - all others 150 lbs. DAMN !!!!

I contacted Orient - they authorized a cylinder leak down test and we will go from there. I am 2 years into their 3 year warranty on the long block.
It may cost me some money but Orient seems like they will share the cost.

Could be a head gasket / burnt valve or a damaged ring & cylinder. No noise though and I didn't notice any loss of power.

Othe damage includes a broken sway bar (rear), dented gas tank, mashed rear bumper - again, tail pipe mashed - again and lots of mud and dirt.

We have the technology - we can build it better than before ! Thank god for some warranty. I hope.

Had a blast though !
