Ghost river diversion

This is the first wheeling trip I did in the truck. It was a trip to the ghost river diversion site in Alberta bordering the Banff border

Good flex picture of a stock runner

This is as far as we could go, we were restricted by the wilderness reserve - not even horses are allowed.

On the way home

Wheeling partner got a stick in the tire and he had no spare tire. We fixed it with plumber puddy, string and a shop towel. It lasted without a leak until he decided to go from 22 PSI to 35 PSI, then it started to leak a little and we stoped a few times to inflate with my truck as his cig lighter didn't work.

What does a cig lighter have to do with the leaky tire?

Holy crap.. I didn't think people actually used those small under powered cig lighter matress pumps to fill their tires

Just makes me happy to have my Power Tank and after 6 years it still works.

the tire pump is a 250 PSI pump that runs off the cig lighter. they do the trick.

Yup sure is - I don't do the wade in before driving in thing here - too cold. When I was a kid I swam in that all day long - not anymore - but my kids do. It is spring fed but the springs are not warm. It is only a couple of degrees warmer than glacier water. It is around 40*F or 3-5*C
