Hi Muddpigg,
After speaking with my husband last night...... the guys have decided that since only a couple of us are "Reiter ready" that we are going back up to Elbe. Sorry. There are about 5 guys that we usually go wheeling with and pretty much everyone has to trailer their rigs (unless we go to Elbe) and only 2 of us have trailers and tow rigs at this point. We will make it up to Reiter eventually but this weekend isnt going to happen.

Well are you guys going out the 21st to Elbe? only been there for sledding last year. I kinda thought thats where we were talking about, as its closer. I've just mainly been to Evans and want to go someplace different. Not being an arse but I usually roll with my family, ya'lls group doesn't booze it on down the trail? Thought I'd ask as it could prevent ackward moments. Let me know cuase we're going wheelin for sure this weekend. If ya'll can't make it thats cool we're try again some other time.
Cool thing about Evans is you can still pack the sleds and tubes and make it a full day of outdoor activities. Don't know if Elbe's the same. Let me know. If you husband wants to talk I'll PM my number, once again not trying to be an arse but it would be polite and not so taboo. Let me know.

Yep the 21st we will be going to Elbe..... but I will be completely honest..... We are a friendly group of people and we do drink on the trail (not on the roads) ..... We are planning on hitting the BusyWild trail Saturday (35's or bigger, lockers and body damage inevitable)

Ok…. Let me re-phrase myself…. We do drink on the trail….. not to the point of being hammered…… and that is with this group of people….. If we take the kids out…. There is obviously NO drinking involved.….. The run tomorrow up at Elbe is with our regular group of friends (no kids)… So there will probably be some people having some things to drink…. Not that I am trying to talk anyone into going with us…. I just wanted to make myself clear…. Like the person said above... that the BusyWild trail is a 1.5 mile trail that usually takes all day (8-12 hours, sometimes longer) to run completely…. Meaning there is a lot of time spent out of the trucks walking the trail, helping other rigs, taking pictures, etc…… Not trying to justify the drinking part… I am just saying….
