94 4Runner (rear window) Help

First off let me start off by saying Hi! I've posted on this forum a few years back when i had a 86 4Runner. Just the other day I picked up a 94 4Runner SR5 in awesome condition from my father in law. The only problem that needs attention ASAP is the rear window.

It appears that the tracks on the bottom of the window is rusted and fell apart. Just seeing if anyone locally has any experience working on this particular part of the vehicle.

I am looking for someone to help me fix the issue before i take it into a shop. Any help is appreciated.

Here are some pics.

Thx

Go to the junkyard and start gathering up parts. There is no "fixing" that you need some replacement parts dude. Make sure why you have it apart you lube everything in there!!!!! I've completely overhauled my rear window mechanism twice since I've had my 94.
