I've snapped BOTH of my home-made disco's. (the all-thread held up for about a year under some strenous use)
I'm willing to be the guinea pig on another option as Steve mentioned in post #28.
I'll see about pulling my bar tonight and have a look at some options. Any recomendations or suggestions are appreciated!

I have a set of JKS discos like TStango has sitting in my garage and wasn't sure if it was worth the time/energy to mount them. Just one more thing to do when wheeling. Doesn't sound like it matters.
