CO2 tank
will any CO2 tank work for an on-board air set up? im talking about the tanks on ebay that say for kegs or other refridgerating. any material i should get for a tank? aluminum?

Before you purchase a CO2 tank online/mail order, check your local Yellowpages for welding equipment supply shops. You can pick up new 10, 20 lbs tank or whatever size for around $80-$90 prefilled. At least you would save on any shipping charges and apply the savings for a regulator. The welding shop I went to even had variable regulators to be able to use air tools as well as air up tires.

Just for the heck of it.. I have one I built with a 20lb tank for about $125.. Yet, I didn't check on one thing.. If you plan on swaping tanks for refills at local gas stores.. How much yearly would a tank rental be??

One of the local gas supply shops around me would sell a new 10 lbs tank for around $100. They told me whenever I needed a refill, I would just exchange it for another one of their prefilled 10 lbs tanks and pay $14.
