90 toyota body lift
hey i just was wondering what is the bare minimum that has to be done to put a body lift in. i have a buddy that has a 3in body lift for my truck. I talked to 4wheel parts and they said that I would have to relocate my brake lines and modify the radiator shroud and tear up the carpet to get to my body mounts and weld in adapters for my steering column and shifter... do I really have to do all that!!

With most kits there are brackets to lower the radiator so you dont have to remove the shroud. There is a bracket for the front bumper. There is an extension for the steering column.
It is not as bad as they make it sound. It does take some time.
I did not have to extend brake lines. I did have to extend the gas filler hose.
Good luck a BL is the cheapest way to fit bigger tires. Well except for mayber cutting your fenders up.
