97 T100 Power Locks Issue

I have a 97 T100 SR5. For some reason my power locks have cut out. I tried to locate a fuse to see if that was the issue, but could not find one. This all began one day when it rained hard for several days and the locks started acting up, they even locked me out of my truck!! Now they just don't work at all. Any ideas? Is there a fuse somewhere or tied into another accessory somewhere? Thanks.

Does anyone at least have a factory service manual that may indicate if there is a fuse for the power locks? Or maybe which direction to look? Thanks.
