I used to powder coat for over a year and you can do some crazy stuff with it. Low temp powders are made to cure just as good as high temp powders and the material don't degrade or warp while in the oven. However you can back a 400 degree cure powder off to 375 and add an extra 5-10 minutes of cooking time to achieve full bake. I worked for a place here in Jax that had a good set up but that company don't even have a clue to what the hell they are doing now since I left. Nobody pays attention to detail like I did they just slop it on and bake it. anyways...don't know any places in GA but I do know of a good place here in Jax called Atlantic Powder Coating. He has a blaster and powder coating set up.

clearview....new place that started up and mainly consisted of retractable screens but he added a batch system to powder his own doors and we started doing custom stuff after that.
