First Gen runner chevy spring questions

I have read alot of info regarding this swap lately but I would like some specific info regarding the swap on a 1st gen runner. I have an 87 with saggy stock springs and I want to swap these with the 63" chevys. I would appreciate some answers from someone who has already done this so that I can be sure I accumulate all the necessary parts before I begin this. I want to install BJ spacers in the front so I do not want to gain a huge amount of lift. My questions are as follows:
1. If I get a set of 2wd springs with only 3 leaves and the OL leaf will it still be too high in the rear for only the BJ spacers?
2. How much longer will the new toyota shackle need to be? I plan on leaving the chevy shackle attached to the chevy springs.
3. Exactly how far forward will I need to mount the new spring hanger?
4. I looked at the SKY mfg. kit but I am not sure I will need all the parts and I think I can make my own shackles. Is it a good idea to buy the Sky kit?
5. Can I weld the new hangers on the frame and then drive my runner to the garage where I will be doing the swap or will it need to be taken apart to do the hanger welding?
6. Where is the best place to purchase the new hangers? I understand I need to ask for CJ spring hangers.
7. What length shocks will I need after the lift? Again I want to have everything so I can do it all at one time. I was thinking Pro Comp or something similar and I also need a steering stabalizer. Any recommendations here are certainly welcomed.

The goal for this runner is to ahve a vehicle I can drive on the road but also have some fun off road as well. I have a limited budget but want to make it as trail worthy as possible. 33" BFG either AT or MT haven't decided for sure an aussie locker in the rear and also 4.88 gears in the future.

And this thread is the mother of all Chevy spring info:

And you can weld the new hangers on and still drive. You can probably run your old shocks for now, then measure with the new springs and get something to fit. Will depend on how you mount the shocks.
