Are all '99 Coil Springs 1" taller?

The Sonoran website suggested that not all stock '99 4Runner coil springs were the 1" taller version. Can anyone confirm/deny this? I'm looking at a set a fellow YT member is selling and wanted to make sure of the facts before I buy....Also, is there a way to positively identify the taller ones?
Thanks...

The color codes on the springs identify them.

All Highlander models got them and then most other SR5 models got them but not all since i've compared mine to friends models and my mom's '99 Limited doesn't have them.

Perfect. That's exactly what I needed to know, as the springs are off of a Highlander.
