99 runner lower control arm update....need opinions

Hey guys,
So........I got em out and let the sliders sit with pen. oil for 2 days.
So I did not destroy the adjusters getting them out.
Now........What do you think is the better technique to remove and install
the new bushings.
Let them sit and soak them with pen oil for a few days then press them out
or do one at a time and heat up the outside ring (not burn them out) and press them out and in with a vise. Obviously the idea is to heat the outer ring of the LCA and not go hog wild with the heat.
I'm going with heat ........whats your opinion.
I may do both and deal with the smoke!

Ps.........does anyone have the P/n's and which postion they correspond to
on the lower control arms? Thanks, Kenny S
