94 Pickup, removing arm rest

I've got a 94 xtracab Pickup. Anyone out there know how to remove the armrest that folds down out of the middle of the seat? I'm thinking about making a dock for my iPod in it. Thanks for the help!

Yes its a pain in the ass trust me. There are 2 bolts inside towards the inside of the seat, in the cubby where the armrest is. The screw into the armrest and go through the metal bracket attached to the seat. Trust me don't mess with it, I still haven't got 1 bolt back in when I took mine out.
