5 quick questions
Hello all,
I have a few quick questions that I thought I would present to the all-knowing YT members (these pertain to an 89Runner)
1) How do you open the rear door to put the window back on track (motor goes up and down, window doesn't)
2) Which years center console will work in my 89? Good place to find one?
3) Best Cold Air Kit for the 3.0? I am swapping engines now and the stock box looks very restrictive.
4) The passenger side trim under the rear side window is rusted out on mine (no other rust..odd), can just that trim piece be replaced? dealer only?
5) Anyone have a owners manual for an 89 they don't need?
ok..ok..that may have been more than 5 questions...but at least I didn't post 7 different threads
Thx again
John

1 - is the window already down? i hope so. if not, then i don't know. but if you can get the window down it's real easy to open up the tailgate to get to the window. there are a couple of screws on the carpet on the inside of the tailgate, so take those out and you can get to everything easily.
2 - probably 85-89, but i'm not sure. check yotayard (you can visit it if you're in the denver area, or just check ou www.yotayard.com)
3 - don't know, but from what i read it's not worth the money
4 - it's a pain to get off, but it can be swapped out.
5 - i still need my manual, but i can answer specific questions. check ebay, lots of times you can find a manual real cheap.
