I want the end caps off of a set of SR5 running boards. Mainly because I just bought a set of running boards to install but they're from a non-flare 4runner. I'm sure someone on the forum has a set laying around maybe... I would like to trade for the end caps with the ones I took off of my boards or just buy them off of you but I think the trade is more viable since the boards are useless without the end caps...

before i took the running boards off, now they are sitting around somewhere, pm me if interested
rear driverside one is slightly damaged, may even be able to see in that pic, it was caught on a tree, others may be slightly damaged after removal, don't know how easy to take off.... I imagine I would get them off ok if needed

Yeah it was hard to remove the ones on mine. Some were easy I actually broke off one of the screws form the plastic bumper end on one but I got 3 out pretty easily. Yeah I'd need the end caps from your model. Its wierd that your running boards are black and not chrome on the side.

so... i could be open to a trade or sale, i don't need yours in return i suppose, but I've been planning on getting around to selling my boards, so ill have to see which would sell better, plus they are about 110 miles away at parents house, that I am not going to be near for a few weeks or so. And yeah, it does seem to be weird not having the chrome strip, I've often wondered that myself.

Yeah I'll definately get them from you if possible. I can trade mine for yours plus cash if you want since you won't be able to sell the boards without some sort of endcaps.

On another note, unfortunately I got chrome boards from the seller that sold me mine but I'm in the process of painting them the color of my truck so they'll look decent when I'm done. I seem to be backwards going back to stock look but I'm slightly different in that manner about my rig right now. :-D
