Alcoa Wheels
I just discovered these, and like them a lot. I had been searching around for a chrome, aluminum wheel with a deep lip, but never heard of or had seen Alcoa until just now. I searched around this forum for some info on them, but didn't find much. I also found their website online, and it doesn't look like they even fit our trucks.
Do they fit our trucks? Specifically, I have a 1994 Pickup 4x4 DLX. I discovered these wheels while browsing around Google images, and saw this truck that had them (1989 Pickup):

I know Alcoa used to make pick-up wheels, but I think they got out several years back. Now they just do big-rig wheels. But there are multiple other companies that make that style wheel. Offset and backspacing will give the deep dish look.
And those wheels are just polished, not chromed, from the looks of it.

some of the old alcoa wheels were forged, which is superior to the look-alike cast wheels that you find nowadays.
i think that wheel companies make a run of expensive forged blanks, and when they are gone, that's it.
fwiw, the best tire selection is with a 17" wheel, but the cheapest tires are typically 15".
