Moab meets Maximum Exposure.
I'm sure you all saw this, but I just saw this on MaxX on TV and I just gotta say that show is funny as heck.
Please rightclick and save this to your harddrive.
Max X had a better clip, this was all I was able to find.

That clip is a few years old and is on an obstacle called "Lion's Back", one of the creepier spots in Moab. You might recall a couple of years ago, there was a photo of a 4Runner that dumped off the other side of the ridge and was stuck in a huge crack. Slowly but surely, it was stripped, but the last I heard, the carcass was still there.
My understanding is that both of the folks in rig in the video survived and were not seriously injured.

I've been mountain biking in Moab, the Slickrock trail is just another mile or so beyod Lion's Back- it looks even worse close up. Not sure if I'd try it. Rob- have you done it?

yeah, the pictures don't do it much justice. i was at lion's back this summer, and it's really impressive and intimidating in person. i wanted to take it on, but didn't feel comfortable with it yet (think i'd like a locker before i climb it and better approach angle bumper), tho i'd like to think i could have done it if i really tried.
