Hehehe, it was up here in Norcal just of the I5 at Patterson. Frank Raines OHV park. More pics, etc here
http://www.fjcruiserforums.com/forum...ead.php?t=4470

There were 9 brand new FJCs and 2 4th Gens. Gotta give these guys props for wheeling their new rigs. When the 4th Gens just came out we were only a handful who actually took them out.

Did a few interesting climbs unfortunately no pics it seems of it. You probably saw the rolled Isuzu, aparently from the week before. One thing I can say is if you get an FJC, do yourself a favor and get AT or MT tires. Andy couldn't do one of the first climbs due to the Dunlops he had on.

ANyhow see that thread, lots of interesting pics.

BTW hopefully a good crowd will show at Hollister on 11 June. I think we won't have any takers for the Hollister main mudpit.

air, what kind of sliderz are you getting?
I just ordered the Bentup ones the other day.
Powder coated too.

I am sticking with just the stock lift for now, but going with new 265x70x17 MTs, the Les Schwab Wild Country TXRs within a week or so after I take delivery of the rig.

285s (33") tires will fit with no rubbing, but only in an AT type.
With the MT type, you gotta lift some to keep from rubbing.

i think im going to go with the allpro sliders, decent price. i had some 33x12.5x18 toyo mt's test fitted on amp sixer wheels ( not sure of the back spacing or width) and they fit with no rubbing , but they were definitly close (i have a pic on my cell if them on my fj without a lift and they look hotttttt LOL), and i think im going with the revtek lift, just not sure if ill buy it on ebay for $150 less and install myself or get it from central and have them install it. central says you need a special strut compressor to install it , but i have my doubts , the sales person was not all that informed or was just trying to make sure i had them install it.
i cant wait to see the price of the all pro bumper , i really like it alot , if warn ever gets off their butt and puts out their bumper and price i might take a look at it , but i dont like the openness and ease of theft of the winch.

I think I am going to wait it out on the ARB bumper.
There will be a newer design out later that fits better than the present one they have now on the Trail Team FJCs.

I am going nutzo waiting, then Angry Andy goes and posts a link to a ton of pics
