32x11.50 vs 31x10.5 - Pros and Cons ?

I run 32x11.50 and 4.88 gearing with an automatic tranny. They rub the fender wells, as other have mentioned, not because of height but because of width. It doesn't bug me much, but a 10.50 sized tire would have been a better fit. My next set will probably be the 33x10.50s -- I definitely have the room upward to do it. My only reservation is loss of power. The 4.88s I run were ideally geared for a 31" tire, but my tranny is an automatic. From the feedback of others who have a manual and run 33" tires, they seem to have no complaints.
BTW -- you have a very nice looking 'Runner! It's in great shape for a '93.

Nope -- a custom job by Stubb's. They are a combo of his "deluxe" and "ultimate".
