Sway BARs on IFS

Ok here is my deal...

I took my front sway bar to wheel last weekend...I liked the flex for the IFS with it off...

I drove on the road with them off and did not notice any difference...I have the ZUK rear COIL MOD and the car never feels tippy...

Questions???

Is it safe to drive with the bar off???

or Should I buy/build Disconects???

so any takers of the answers???

Is it safe to drive the 4 runner without the sway bar connected?

consider the rear ZUK coil mod to be of great help for the stabilization of the car...

I ran my 84' 4runner with a 6 inch lift with no sway bar for 2 years until I sold it. I just couldent go very fast around sharp turns.

I've had mine off for the last year and have no complaints. Didn't notice it at all when I was on 31s, after putting 33s on, I noticed a bit more roll, but definitely tolerable.

Had mine off for a few months. Drove 300 miles to LA on the freeway and it wasnt too bad. I notice that its not there, but it doesnt scare me unless I have to swerve out of the way for some reason. but thats only on the freeway going 75 mph. going 55 you wont really feel any difference

I've personally replied to this question about 6889 times already. Make quick disconnects for $20, then you're safe if you ever have to make a very quick 70mph lane change to avoid something. I've had to and I'm glad I kept the swaybar.

It also seems that one could buy adjustable links and just loosen them up before off roading, and tighten them when you get back to the road...

waaaa, 2 minutes under the truck with a ratchet... waaaaa...

True

To be honest I drive like an old man...I try to conserve as much gas as possible...

I took the bar off and I do not notice much of a difference it seems to be the same to me...

I just want to be safe and keep others on the roads around me safe...

I wired up my proportioning valve one time... And got in a small rear ender when the rear locked, and wouldnt unlock...

Sitting in the back of the car I made the mistake of saying I modded the brakes... He stopped writing and said you did what?

So remove your swaybars if you want... Just don't expect Toyota to pay out on a claim if you sue them on a roll over or something, and the same goes for the insurance company...

I wouldn't be surprised one bit if an adjuster zeroed out a claim b/c the car was modified... and uh, that means you are 100% responsible and have to pay the damages...
