since the toy is down what else

Well the rear gear is out. So I decided to tear into the engine to see if I can find out why its running rich and seems to have a miss. Mind you this truck does have 265000 miles and I know the PO never did maintenance So first, pull plug wires and yeah all are firing as should be, but still seems like a miss. So I decide to check compression, all are at 105 except cyl 6 its at 80 all hold the pressure no leaks. Checked timimg spot on since i just did the belt less then 1500 miles. So since I need to replace the valve cover gaskets why not check the valves. My question is what are the specs and what else should I check while I have it this far apart?

Sorry its a91 3.0 well checked all the valves to can and all are between .007 and .010. Dumb arse moment of the day wife comes out and tells me keep it simple stupid so I check the codes and get 25 and 41. Well good thing is valves check out and no more leaky valve covers so on to the next

That may be your issue. The service manual specs 142psi minimum, and more importantly a maximum of 14psi difference between cylinders. With one cylinder running low on compression that might be what your feeling as a miss.
