The only time BJ spacers will cause the camber to go \ / is when the BJ mounting surface (read as UCA) is horizontal or canted outwards, causing the knuckle to move purely vertical, and in turn the LCA moves below horizontal, pulling the lower ball joint inwards.

I'll draw a pic if you'd like.
