Millermatic 185 for my SAS project

I know this may not apply to this forum, but since most of you have helped me here I thought I may ask about a welder I'm thinking about buying.

Its a millermatic 185 rated to weld 3/8" single pass and looks brand new. Its hardly ever been used. It has the running gear built in and a 60% duty cycle at 150 amps.

I have a lincoln 140amp (120V) maching but I dont want to use it for my SAS running flux core. It might could weld it, but we're talking about my safety here and I want to be sure about full penetration.

He's willing to take $800 for the welder and regulator, but no bottle. Any thougths? Good Price? Thanks for the help.
