1993 4Runner Truck Antenna Issue
I have a power/electric antenna that got bent and snapped in a car wash. I removed the nut and pulled the top snappped part of the antenna out of the truck including the long nylon mast rope that comes out of the motor. Now the bottom part of the antenna that snapped is stuck and wont pull out of the hollow rod of the assembly. Any help???

Get a replacement mast and cord or complete antenna assembly before you start.
Then.
You need to remove the fender lining (plastic sheet over the tire) and you can get to the machanicals of the antenna.

I did buy a new mast. And then I noticed that bottom part of the old snapped off antenna still down inside the pipe or hollow tube of the motor that comes out from the hood. When I tried pulling it out with pliers it would not budge. I was afraid that it was a part of the motor assembly and I may have damaged something, but I know its from the bottom of the old antenna that broke off and not wont come out. I have no idea what it could be stuck on in there.

Most likely you'll need to remove the motor unit, then disassemble it to remove the broken part. You get it through the wheel well after removing (as Punchy said) the liner. With the top nut already off, you're almost there, there's one bolt below and the cable to the radio just unplugs. Once you get the unti out where you can see it, taking it apart is easy.
While you're in there, clean it up and replace the grease.
