Bumper will bolt right up unless your frame has been jacked.

As with all gears, install determines their life quality and quantity. Run dozens of sets with no problems sold dozens more ditto.

These seem like questions you would ask BEFORE you buy something.

Maybe its just me.

My trail-gear rear bumper installed easily. You just need help, someone to hold the bumper in place while you get the bolts threaded. Although the bumper is crooked now... But that's my fault from trying to yank out a full-size ford stuck to the frame in mud.

Update !!

GEARS ARE IN AND I LOVE THEM way more power pulling small hills is really easy now !!!! Im probably gonna tow my 19 foot malibu skier with it this summer . between the new motor and gears it think it will do just fine .

The bumper Is also installed it actually did take a little finessing to get over the frame rails but wasnt bad at all to install . I LOVE THIS BUMPER !! I hope my little ski boat isnt too much to tow with it .

Along with bolts, i welded my bumper to the frame so ^ doesnt happen. Pulled a few fullsize p/u's from the mud along with slamming and dragging my non-bobbed pickup's @$$ around

I was told that TG gears are made from Chinese steel which is inferior to U.S. steel and breaks alot easier. Anyone know if this holds any truth? I've looked at them and they are smaller than the stock 4:10 gears, perhaps they break easier because they are smaller... and usually hitting tougher trails/rocks than just blasting the streets? Would love info on the quality of steel in the TG gears, etc, thanks.

Thanks for the info guys. Most things people tell me about products, etc is based on opinion or hear say, so it's good to hear what ACTUALLY happens or is going on. I also emailed the guy at TG, lead sales and he told me they MAKE their own gears as well as the bearing kits. I spent alot of time on ZUK's site and it's become clear to me... if the gears go in CORRECTLY they will be just fine and if they go in by some hack.. they will cause all kinds of damage and break. I'll keep the TG gears and see what happens, thanks again.

You have to make sure the gears are set up correctly and the back lash is set right alot of people just throw stuff together and when it messes up or dosent work right they blame it on the manurfacturing company.
