stepping up to hydro-assist

so I'm going to get the trail gear hydro assist ram kit as well as their steering pump kit.

From the research I did, the 1450psi pump is all that is needed for hydro-assist to get fast, one-handed steering even at idle.

What I'm not sure is what ram size to get. 1.5" or 2". I am running 35's right now and I plan to go anywhere from a 37-39.5 in the next year or so.

I know the 2" will be stronger..but I don't want it to be too slow. I also want to make sure I "future-proof" my truck for when I get new tires.

So what ram should I go with?

Thanks for the help.

1450 psi pump kit and 1.5" ram is more than enough for what you are wanting to do.
