Yolk for U joint

Does anyone know where I can get the yolk for my 81 yota? Its the one that houses the u joint and bolts the the back of the transfer case flange for the rear drive shaft? I slung my drive shaft off my truck about a year ago and lost it. I have since tried several places and even bought used ones but none fit. I got tired of fooling with it so my trucks been sitting in the shop for almost a year and I need to get it going. Any help would be appreciated very much.

I was kinda wanting some info on what to get here. Last time I bought on that the vender said was the right size turned out to be wrong. I dont want to shell out another $70 for another paper weight. Thanks for the links though. I will call them up and see what they say.

What part of the size is off? If only the bolt holes, simply drill some new holes in the existing flange to fit the shaft end you have. The older trucks have smaller 8mm bolts instead of the 10mm bolts used on the newer models:
