Dream 4Runner Build Is an Enduring Inspiration

Toyota 4Runner

The sagging rear end necessitated the installation of an add-a-leaf kit the OP had been sitting on for years. But then, after a multi-year hiatus, another move and a big tree in his house halted progress. As persistent as the OP had been to this point, however, he wasn’t about to stop working on his dream truck just yet.

“So after a really long hiatus I am back working on my 4Runner. I lost a job, moved back to California, started a new job, had a giant cedar punch a huge hole in my house, 9 months of repairs and moving back. I bought a third vehicle as a commuter so the runner is just for fun now. Really excited to be back working on the old girl. Seems all I can think about are upgrades.”

And we’re excited to see this project keep moving, despite all odds. You can catch up on the progress thus far and watch as this old 4Runner takes shape by heading over here!
