you can't do it directly with Movie Maker in the WMV file, unless you use the SonicMYDVD which can encode and burn WMV but the quality is not as good.
Output your file from WMM in DV-AVI to the hard drive. Load the AVI into Nerovision Express or DVDSanta, author, encode, and burn.
