Cool prerunner bumper build thread


my 88 runner with bj spacer in front
the rear is sagging like a mudda..




saturday night ..finaly got some time to work on it



last bend of the night


sunday morning..



i dont know if u guys like, it but i am lovin it


almost there...next weekend will paint it and install the alum.skid plate



this is my home made tube bender..and my lil'welder

i just had fun building my prerunner bumper on my 88 runner..i hope u guys like it cause i do...
i will post more pics.once i am done painting it and cutting
the skid plate from aluminum

nice bends dude. I've used that bender before lol its a lil slow but definetly gets the job done

I just got a pro tools 105 bender will be doin my exo around xmas

The bender itself cost me like 200 dlls.
Tubing die : From $300 to $399- pro tools 1 inch to 2 inches
tubing..dom 1.50 2 sticks for $60 (endura..in lancaster)
1 sheet of 0.90-(like 3/16) 8x4 aluminum $80
within a month a will do the rear one
