There are parts in this kit that took a lot time and R&D to come up with solutions for, this is one of those parts.

We have also had a lot of problems in the past with intellectual theft, the descriptions are left vague on purpose, the bottom line is the kit contains everything you need and nothing you do not.

Certain parts that only we make and offer are not pictured and use vague descriptions. This is a reaction to what has happened in the past.

Hey Steve, I recently bought a 2.5 kit that shipped about two to three weeks ago, but I don't believe it included the conversion disks. Is this extra? How much and can I get them separate because I purchased a kit from you? Thanks.

Look on the top of the rear shocks, they are on them, on top and below the rubber bushings.

cool. that's it, I have to say, your instructions and little extra you put into your kits are awesome! can't wait to put it on.

The only other thing I would add is that you may want to pickup the 38mm studs and put them in durring the inital install, that way if you want the extra 1/2" it is very easy to add instead of hard.

At this point I am steering most everyone to the kits with the top out spacers as that lift does sit more level.

If you want to add that I will just charge you the difference between 1 and 2.

I bought all of the Tokico Trek Master shocks they had in the US. There are more here now, but they have to print boxes for them.

Hitachi also just bought Tokico so there are some changes going on. Bottom line is I am not going to be able to ship any kits out for a few weeks.

I'll update this when the shocks start flowing again.

Once you hit this weight around 85 pounds, it's pretty much the same cost no matter where it goes. Around 70-80 dollars.

well upon further reading of your website i have discovered that none of your 2-3" lifts are available for 2wd

That is correct. You have a slip yoke and if you lift too high it will pull out too far.

so what is the highest suspension lift i can put on a 2wd 4runner before i pull out the slip yoke too far?

All I have for 2WD trucks is System 3 and 4. Anything over that I am not willing to provide support for.

i appreciate you not just selling a product that you know will cause harm to my 4runner. i am really wanting a lift just for looks, so do you know of anywhere that i could get about a 2" or 3" lift? i am not a fan of the body lifts

FWIW no one is going to sell you the stock parts as low as you are getting them in these kits. These kits also are a complete solution. You will need nothing else. If you track down part numbers and try to assemble the kit yourself, you will find the rear shocks do not bolt in, they are too long and you will smash the guts out of them and your rear sway bar will get bent. That's just a start.

Installing 80 coils without our kit will destroy parts on your vehicle.

Well yeah, but isn't the entire point of lifting your truck and then ADDING the same travel back? So you have added ride hight and the same droop as stock? All you did is lift it and hold it all back down with your stock length shocks.

Why did you even post this? I don't get it. This is a vendor add in the vendor section.

Can any of you gentlemen help me with a few questions? I'm currently stationed in Japan and here the 4Runner is known as the Hilux Surf. I'm looking to get a decent sized lift for my 1996 3.0 turbo diesel 4X4 and I'm curious if this kit will work on my truck? And will yall ship here? It's an APO address so it's technically a U.S. address. Thanks for the input!
