Hmmmmm, yummy, so delicious

It came today.
I saw, I like, hopefully I can install it tomorrow between rain storms.

It has either 5' or 10' of the rock guard on it too.
This is a nicer looking rope than my old one.

Unlike my Masterpull line, this one has about 7" or so of extra line hanging out where the screw/clasp is that you screw to the side of the drum.

You take that extra line and lay it across the drum, not wrapped on it, and tape it off.

I think there is a write-up for it in the tech section Ric.

Thanks Ric.
Would have replied sooner, but I bought (helped negotiate) another FJ Cruiser today

Not for me, but helped a coworker land a beaut.
She fell in love with mine, and has been wanting to get one for awhile now, and traded in her Tacoma today.

We went to a few places and did some negotiating.

Well my winch basket and custom receiver are done (linky) I will be ordering a syn line soon... .I found out today that Fisheries Supply sells Amsteel Blue, and since my dad has a wholesale account there I get it very cheap... So I will order the line thru them, and the thimble from winchline, then for a 6pack my dad will splice it on for me, I dont know how (which is sad since my dad is a commerical fisherman and professional shipwright)....

The syn will be a nice weight savings when moving the winch around.
